I’m O'Neil. Most People Just Call Me Coach O.

I help men over 40 stop the "restarting" cycle, lose the weight for good, and take back control of their health.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably a lot like I was. You’re busy, you’re stressed, and you’ve realized that the "eat less, run more" advice that worked in your 20s just isn't cutting it anymore.

I didn’t start as a fitness guru. I spent years in IT, sitting at a desk, solving complex systems while my own physical "system" was falling apart.

From 240 lbs to Total Control

I was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica, and moved to the US when I was 12. Life had a way of sneaking up on me. By my late 30s, career stress and family responsibilities had me at 240 pounds. I was 70 pounds overweight and felt every bit of it.

The wake-up call came at the doctor's office: high blood pressure, low Vitamin D, and low testosterone. He wanted to put me on medication. I said, "No."

I’m a systems guy. I realized that if I could fix a global IT infrastructure, I could fix my own body. I just needed a system that respected the fact that I was over 40.

"Getting lean is a project. Staying lean is a system. I haven’t been over 165 pounds in years, and I did it without starvation or marathon cardio."

Why I Built the ETR System

Men over 40 are often ignored by fitness marketing. We’re told to "grind" like 20-year-olds. It doesn't work because our hormones, recovery, and schedules are different.

E

Eat in a Calorie Deficit

No forbidden foods. Just high-protein habits that fit your actual life.

T

Train with Purpose

Efficient, joint-friendly strength training that protects your metabolic engine.

R

Recover to Rebuild

Sleep and stress management are the hormonal keys to fat loss after 40.

More Than Just a Number

I’m a father of two—a 14-year-old son and a 16-year-old daughter. Staying fit isn't about vanity; it’s about being a present, healthy mentor for them.

When I'm not coaching, I’m usually walking, training with my kids, or enjoying a good movie. I’m a simple guy with a clear focus: helping men over 40 reclaim their strength.

Let’s Cut the BS and Get Started

If you’re tired of starting over every Monday and you’re ready for a plan that actually sticks, let’s have a real conversation.
