MEET COACH O

I was 240 lbs. My doctor wanted to put me on meds.
I said no.

I'm O'Neil Wilson. Most people call me Coach O. I spent 20+ years in IT building systems. Then at 40 I rebuilt my own body using the same approach. Now I help men over 40 do the same.

THE STORY

From 240 lbs to a system that respects being over 40.

I was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica, and moved to the US at 12. Worked my way through a career in IT. Got married. Had kids. And somewhere in my late 30s, life caught up with me.

Career stress. Two kids. Long hours at a desk solving complex systems while my own body was falling apart. By my early 40s I was sitting at 240 pounds. 70 pounds overweight. Tired. Short of breath. Frustrated.

Then came the doctor's visit. High blood pressure. Low Vitamin D. Low testosterone. He told me he wanted to start me on medication.

I said no.

Not because I'm against medicine. But because I knew something he didn't know about me. I'm a systems guy. I'd spent two decades fixing broken IT infrastructure. I knew if I could troubleshoot global networks, I could troubleshoot a 240-pound body.

I just needed a system that respected the fact that I was over 40. Not a 20-year-old's plan. Not "eat less, run more." Not "grind harder."

"Getting lean is a project. Staying lean is a system. I haven't been over 165 pounds in years — and I did it without starvation or marathon cardio."

Eighteen months later I was 165 pounds. Five years later I'm still there. The blood pressure is normal. The testosterone came back. The energy came back. The confidence came back.

That system — the one I built for myself — became the ETR System. It's what I coach now.

THE NUMBERS

What the last 5 years look like.

Not theory. Not before-and-after marketing. Five years of staying lean using the same system I now coach.

THE METHOD

Three pillars. Built for life after 40.

Men over 40 are mostly ignored by fitness marketing. We're told to grind like we're 25. It doesn't work because our hormones, recovery, and schedules are different. The ETR System fixes that.

E

Eat in a Calorie Deficit

No forbidden foods. No 1,200-calorie crash diets. Just high-protein eating habits that fit your real schedule and actually keep you full.

T

Train with Purpose

Efficient, joint-friendly strength training 2 to 3 times per week. Protects the muscle that protects your metabolism after 40.

R

Recover to Rebuild

Sleep and stress management are the hormonal keys to fat loss after 40. Most plans skip this. It's the reason most plans fail.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Being healthy after 40 isn't about vanity. It's about being present.

I'm a father of two — a 14-year-old son and a 16-year-old daughter. I lost the weight because I wanted to be the dad who shows up. The one who can keep up. The one they remember as healthy, not the one who got sicker every year.

When I'm not coaching, I'm walking, training with my kids, or watching a good movie. I'm a simple guy with a clear focus: helping men over 40 take their bodies back.

If that sounds like the kind of life you want for yourself, then we should talk.
