I was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica, and moved to the United States at 12, living in Brooklyn and then Amityville, New York. Growing up, I was athletic. Track and basketball kept me active.
Life changed with college, marriage, and a career in IT. Long hours, stress, and no structure led to weight gain. By my late 30s and early 40s, I was around 240 pounds. People sometimes mistook me for a trainer. I was just a big guy.
In my early 40s, a doctor visit changed everything. High blood pressure. Low Vitamin D. Low testosterone. He offered medication. I said no. I wanted control. That’s when my real journey started.
I had tried before. Lose 10. Gain it back. Over and over. In 2020, I locked in. Daily walking. Intermittent fasting. Cleaned up my eating. Whole foods. Fewer carbs. No sugar.
I went from 240 lbs to 180 in about a year and a half. Then down to 158 at my leanest. Under 10% body fat.
The real win. Maintaining 160 to 165 for years. Getting lean is hard. Staying lean is harder.
I’m a father of two. My son is 14 and my daughter is 16. This journey is bigger than me. It’s about being strong and present for them. We train together. We walk. Just real life. No hype.
My IT background shapes how I approach fitness. I break things down. I build systems. Outside the gym, I enjoy building projects, quiet time, and good movies.
You’re busy. You’re stressed. You’re tired of starting over. I know this life, because I lived it.
No extreme gimmicks. No quick fixes. Just a simple system built for long term results.
Losing 20 pounds means nothing if you gain back 30. I focus on habits you can actually keep.
Men over 40 are often ignored by fitness marketing, but you’re not alone. My mission is to help you lose 20+ pounds, keep it off, and feel strong again.
If this feels like your story, it’s for you.
If you want help, structure, and a simple plan, send me a message. No pressure. No hype. Just a real conversation.
